In the case you would like to cancel your Cloudinary account, you can access your account's settings page and click the "Cancel my account" link.
If you can't find such a link on the settings page, please contact us via our support ticket system and share the name (i.e., cloud-name) of the account you wish to cancel.

Sorry for the very late reply, we have noticed that this request was left unattended. I guess this is not relevant anymore but for future reference -
It's possible to cancel the account directly from the console. If our help is needed, please open a new support ticket (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so we'll be able to verify you as the account owner.
When using our WordPress plugin, we save the images on both Cloudinary and WordPress. As a result, if you decide to stop using Cloudinary, your website will serve the images from WordPress.

I understand but I have noticed that the moment I deactivate the cloudinary plugin, several images do not load. This is because or because I have to cancel the account so that everything works well
