    Hi Nick,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Fonts with spaces can be overlaid just like other fonts. For example, open sans -

    https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/upload/w_200/l_text:open%20sans_58_center:Hello,co_rgb:ffffff/sample.jpg

Note that Arial Narrow OS isn't an open source thus not natively supported. That said, you can upload it to your account and use it using our self service font process. For more info,

    https://cloudinary.com/documentation/layers#custom_fonts

    Hope it helps!

    Kind regards,

    Maor

I've added a request to our product team to support those fonts. As a workaround, you can upload those fonts to your cloudinary account as described here: https://cloudinary.com/documentation/image_transformations#using_custom_fonts_for_text_overlays

    For example:

    https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/upload/l_text:Kosugi.ttf_100:Happy%20%E8%8D%89%E8%99%AB%E7%8A%AC,co_white,g_north_west,x_30,y_30/sample.jpg

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Hi David, I've also requested that Vidaloka is added to our natively supported font set.

As mentioned above, you can upload it to your own account as a workaround in the meantime https://cloudinary.com/documentation/layers#custom_fonts

What a terrible help blog. Show us some examples. Don't just tell me "all Google Fonts work" and then NOT tell us how to use it. Jeez.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We support a wide variety of standard web fonts on all accounts, including a selection of the most popular fonts hosted by Google Fonts, and we add more fonts on a regular basis. We don't have a searchable list of currently supported fonts but if a font you wish you use isn't already available you can use that font in your transformations by uploading it to your account as a custom font.

To add a custom font to your account you must first purchase a license from the font creator for the font you wish to use, where applicable. The fonts distributed by Google Fonts, for example, are open-source and free to use without a license.

You can then upload the font file to your account, using resource_type: 'raw' and type: 'authenticated'. This protects the font file from being downloaded by users but will allow you to use the font in your transformations.

For more information about using custom fonts, please refer to the following link:
    https://cloudinary.com/documentation/image_transformations#using_custom_fonts_for_text_overlays

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Tia

Seems like CUSTOM FONTS does not work at all. (Yes, followed your instructions when uploading them). 400 errors all the way, font names unrecognized etc.
