Why am I receiving an "Upload failed: cloud_name is disabled" error when using my new Cloudinary account?

    Hi,

    I tried to upload a file on this site which is powered by Cloudinary but it always pops out an error message " upload failed- cloud name is disabled"

    Any suggestion ?

    Hi Van,

    It means that the owner of the site is using Cloudinary for hosting, optimizing and delivering some or all of its content and his/her account is currently disabled. This can be due to various reasons. However, I, of course, can only share those details with the account's owner.

    If you know the site owner and/or contacted him via any channel, you can instruct him to open a support ticket at https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to get more information regarding the deactivation reason and details on how he can re-enable the account.
