When you register for a Cloudinary account via your email address, a verification email is automatically sent to the email address that you provided.
This email contains a link which must be accessed in order to complete the signup process and if email verification is not completed, your account cannot be used and you'll see errors returned by our API or when using our Media Library and other tools at cloudinary.com
Email protection services that change the URLs in your emails could cause an error with the verification process unless you copy and paste the link into a web browser to access the link directly.
If you can't find the email that was sent, or it was not received in your inbox due to to issues with your email provider, you can request a new verification email or request a password reset email, either of which can be used to verify and activate your account.
If your account is active, but your API calls are still receiving the error, please check that you've followed the SDK Configuration Guide for the SDK you're using, or have included the correct cloud name in your API call path, if calling the API manually.
