Once you've canceled your account, you may be surprised to see that you can still log in to the account. Canceling your account is not the same as deleting it. Canceling your account means putting it in a disabled state. You will no longer be able to upload, store, manage, or deliver assets from the account. The account's assets will be permanently deleted during our regularly scheduled cleanup.

It's not possible for you to delete the account from your end. If you would like the account, all assets, and your personal data to be deleted, please open a support ticket. For account ownership verification, please include the product environment name and the last four characters of the API Secret in your support request. The API Secret can be found by logging into your account and navigating to your settings => API Keys tab. The API secret will be masked with asterisks, for privacy. If you click on the 'eye' icon to the right of the asterisks ( see image below ), you will be prompted to enter your password and then the actual value will be shown.
