It is not possible to have multiple Cloudinary accounts using a single email address. To create a new account using the same email address, the existing account associated with the email address needs to be deleted first.
To kickstart the process, please open a support ticket requesting account deletion.
As part of the process, we will require ownership verification. Please include the product environment name and the last four characters of the API Secret in the request.
The API Secret can be found by navigating to Settings > API Keys tab. Hover over the masked API Secret, and click the eye icon. You will be prompted to enter the password to reveal the value.
