When defining your Cloudinary dashboard to be only accessible from select IP addresses, you may receive the error:
Source IP address XX.XXX.XXX.XX not allowed
This definition can be changed by logging in to the Security settings page and changing the field Allowed management console IP addresses, as seen in this short video:

Me too. I accidentally set something wrong and now it show that error. I sent you ticket and hopefully you can restore to default setting for me asap cause this is a project which will be submitted in final exam :((
