Image won't load with certain settings

This 404s:

https://res.cloudinary.com/quiltster/image/upload/h_100,q_60,w_100/v2/quiltster-prod/fabrics/72775.jpg

Header tells me:

x-cld-error:

Resource not found - quiltster-prod/fabrics/72775

However, all I do is change q_60 to q_61 and it returns.

I thought maybe the CDN cached it, so I tried changing my version:

Still doesnt work, I have to change a paramater

H, Billy. Please note that Cloudinary caches 40x errors, as explained here. I've manually invalidated your URL. If you have more URLs you'd like us to invalidate, please open a support ticket and we'll be glad to help.
