URL for Getting the latest version of my images
Here is my user case:
I am working with a developer in a website that stores images in Cloudinary uploaded by users and also stores the static images of a website.
Since my developer is in another timezone, I am doing some asset changes ( icons, photos) directly in Cloudinary. I am not a developer, so I am making all these replacements directly in your web interface.
The whole version vs public ID is very unintuitive because as a user, I am seeing and getting notified that my images are being replaced. However, due to the versioning of each upload, the previous link we were using is no longer working.
Which link should I provide to my developer that requests the very last image uploaded in the web interface so I don't have to bother him everytime I make a change?

When you upload an image through the UI (media library), invalidations are automatically applied. Note that there's a specific convention of the URL that should be used in order to invalidate it, specifically depending on whether the image is stored within a folder or not. For more information:
