Minimal upload size

Is it possible to add a minimal upload size? For instance that a picture has to be at least W800, H600? I've surfed the web but i can't find anything on this.

Cloudinary supports applying an 'Incoming transformation' in order to transform your images before storing them in your account. In the incoming transformation, you can apply width and height.
