fl_keep_iptc in tiff to jpg conversion on windows

Hello,

Converting a .tiff file with iptc meta data to jpg using the fl_keep_iptc flag produces an image that cant be viewed on windows (win7 viewing in ie11 and windows photo viewer). The same conversion (tiff to jpg) without the fl_keep_iptc flag works fine.

Same error for on the fly conversion and for image uploaded to cloudinary.

Any ideas on how to get this to work?
