Invalid Url after image upload is successful - http 400 error

Encoded url : https://media.reputation.com/media?u=https://st.hzcdn.com/fimgs/3121fe4903cfdf66_1695-w214-h160-b0-p0--coastal-bathroom.jpg

 

I tried uploading the image to the server and checked that it's been a successful upload to the server , but when the image is being retrieved through the encoded url , it gives the response as http 400 error . I believe the response for the url is cached or it needs to be recached to get rid of this .

  Hi

  When I try to retrieve the image without the prefix "https://media.reputation.com/media?u=" I get a 403 forbidden error:

  http://res.cloudinary.com/reputation/image/fetch/https://st.hzcdn.com/fimgs/3121fe4903cfdf66_1695-w214-h160-b0-p0--coastal-bathroom.jpg

  Is it possible that this particular image does not have a cloudinary access permissions?
