Web Console doesn't open on Linux Ubuntu

When logging in into the Console on my Laptop, using Linux Ubuntu 12.04, an empty screen is presented. In the browser console, Javascript errors appear.

I use Firefox 48.0 and Chromium 37.0. Neither works.

The javascript errors state:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function console:11
Uncaught SyntaxError: Use of const in strict mode. vendor.50fdfed90b00903ef9c0.js:1
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'call' of undefined manifest.50fdfed90b00903ef9c0.js:1

When I login on my older Laptop, running Windows 7, it works!!
