Can I upload without transforming?

Hi There,

 

I'm moving collateral into cloudinary using PHP and API and I've hit the transformation limit.

 

I thought I was just uploading with no transformation, so I'm not sure how I hit the limit. Is there always a transformation on upload or is there a way to turn it off so that I can complete my upload?

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Every upload counts towards a transformation regardless of explicitly mentioning any transformation.

    Since Cloudinary performs a lot of operations in the background when the image is uploaded that is why it is counted towards a transformation.
