Why are image thumbnails showing up blurry?

I working on a wordpress site that is using Cloudinary to upload images. The images all show up nicely everywhere on the site, except when they are thumbnails they always show up blurry. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Perhaps something related to the image resizing? Hope someone can help.
