Error: Invalid encoding in tags

When tagging products by words which have UTF-8 characters like: Århus, København, På landet, etc.

The NodeJS request fails with an error response like: {"error":{"message":"Invalid encoding in tags","http_code":400}}

What should be done to workaround this?

  There was an issue with encoding UTF-8 characters with the Node.js library.

  The issue is now fixed and available when updating to the latest version of the Node.js library.
