Cloudinary as default WP Uploads Folder?

Is there anyway to use Cloudinary for the Default WP uploads folder and also have month- and year-based folders ?

if it matters, this would be for a WP Multisite network (so option to have different cloudinary account per subsite would be best, but not mandatory)

  You might want to have a look at our upload presets:
  
  http://cloudinary.com/blog/centralized_control_for_image_upload_image_size_format_thumbnail_generation_tagging_and_more

  You can create an upload preset, and set its parameters the way you'd like, including automatically put all newly uploaded resources a folder, e.g., Jan2015 . Set this preset as a default upload preset, so it'll be applied to all uploads.

  Then, you'll be able to update this preset once a month to have the corresponding folder name.
