youtube video thumbnail error
hello, it seems youtube updated their system so eveything explained here http://cloudinary.com/blog/generating_video_thumbnails_from_youtube_and_other_video_sites don't work anymore.
today I can't get youtube video thumbnail show up in my website using this command http://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/youtube/VIDEO-ID.jpg or other similar command, it doesn't show anything but error or blank image.
it's only for youtube video, for vimeo, all works fine. please help me, I need to update my website.

Please note that the URLs of the 'demo' account were used for demonstration purposes only. Our 'demo' account is blocked for Youtube fetching. Please sign up to have your Cloudinary account and to be able to fetch thumbnails from Youtube videos successfully.
