Video upload_large error

I'm trying to upload a video above 40mb using the upload_large api function call but I keep getting the error: {"error":{"message":"Server returned unexpected status code - 302","http_code":302}}.
I'm using the default chunk_size: 20mb. Changing it doesn't make any difference.
Any idea why this is happening?

    There is a limit of 40MB per uploaded video.
    This limit can be increased for our paid plans.

    UPDATE: The video limit for Free accounts is now 100MB
