  If we have a bunch of photos without any tag can we add one tag that will be for all of them? If we have a tag that is old and we need an updated one can we search for the old tag and add or change it to a new tag? is a tag the same thing as a meta tag? If not how can we add a meta tag to a image that has a specific tag?

  You can use the API to add, remove or update tags to multiple images. For more information (in Rails):

  You can use the Admin API to list resources sharing a given tag (or tags):
  http://cloudinary.com/documentation/admin_api#list_resources_by_tag

  We support setting both tags and metadata (these are different elements). For more information about metadata:
