Can there be local QOS issues in various parts of the country?
A customer in the NYC area is complaining that she cannot see elements of an important web page. These are the Cloudinary elements . She sent a screen shot to document.
We cannot reproduce at our R&D office in the Upper Midwest.
How do we tackle this one?
BTW, we are changing our page to static in hopes this solves her problem. But this defeats the whole purpose of paying Cloudinary!
