Darken Images

Hi,

You need to darken images in order to show white text on top vividly. How do I darken images? Can I get the darkened images on the fly?
I need to keep the quality of the image though.

  After a lot of experimenting, here are the steps I took to get a basic darkening effect:
  - Upload a black 1-pixel image.
  - Use that image as an overlay with 100% width and height, and whatever opacity you want.

  Hi Basem, nice result!
  Note that you can as well use the brightness effect, with negative value to get the a darkening effect.
