Getting Error List Resource

Hello Support team

I am working on cloudnary api to implement on my project last 18 days ,

I have used below code
In C#.net
var result =CloudnaryAPI.cloudinary.ListResourcesByPrefix(my prefix);

but mostly time giving error
ERROR : Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0.

Please help me out this problem

  Sorry for the very late reply, we have noticed that this request was left unattended. I guess this is not relevant anymore but for future reference - 

  Your code seems correct. We believe this issue is happening because the api.cloudinary.com API calls are being routed through an authenticated proxy on your network. Please make sure that api.cloudinary.com is unproxied.
