Blurry pdf thumbnail

Hi,

I uploaded a pdf and I'm trying to create thumbnails from it. But no matter what I do, the thumbs turn out blurry. What parameter controls the dpi (or whatever makes the jpg blurry)

Please note that the included t_media_lib_thumb generates a 'Limit to 150 x 100' transformation, then the rest of the transformation stretches the image to much larger dimensions which produces this blurry image.
When omitting the t_media_lib_thumb part from the URL, the image is generated correctly:
