How can I solve???

After successful login, this is shown in my dashborard: "Your account is currently disabled. Please contact our support"

trying the link (contact our support) only brings me to a page full of questions, but none of them is mine, there is a similar one, but it refers to verify my email id, which i'm sure i already did.

Can anyone help please??

  Hi Victor, sorry for the very late reply, we have noticed that this request was left unattended. I guess this is not relevant anymore. If you do need our help in this matter, please let us know.
