notification_url for deletes

Does a delete of a file via the Cloudinary UI trigger a call to the notification url on the account?

I need to keep a local database in sync with any deletes.

    You can set the "Notification URL" globally for your account at the Upload Settings Page. Then Cloudinary will notify you with every new upload and deletion.
