Uploading of non-image files not uploading?

Hi,

We are trying to upload word documents and other non-image files into Cloudinary but it's just not happening.
Images are working fine as I an find then.
Is there any setting that needs to be changed in order to allow non-image files to upload to Cloudinary?

    Non-image files should be uploaded with resource_type set to raw. If you already did that still haven't managed to upload the file, please share some information and will be glad to look further. If you want to keep it private, please feel free to open a support ticket. Thanks.
