Notification URL for Manual Deletion

I need notifications using webhook whenever there are new uploads, deletions or any other kind of alterations happening in my account, no matter if they are happening through api hits or manualy using cloudnary website or multi deletion request passed on to cloudinary team providing regular expression. I am getting notifications on upload by setting notification url in settings menu, but it is not happening for deletions. I need to know if it is possible to get notification in case of deletions as well. Please reply asap.

A notification URL can be set either globally, from the account's upload settings (under 'Notification URL'), or per upload preset/API call.
We recently had an issue with notification URLs not kicking for deletion calls, which was resolved early this week and now fully functional.
