Is it possible to add custom tag during fetch of image?

    As fetched images are uploaded to your Cloudinary account in a non-authentic way, and simply by accessing a URL, then an automatic tagging approach isn't possible in that way.

    You can either tag the fetched image afterwards (either via the UI or the API), or you can use the Auto-upload feature instead, and then associate it with an upload preset to automatically tag new auto-uploaded images.
