uploaded pdf links do not work

I have uploaded a pdf to my cloud. The media library gives me this url: https://res.cloudinary.com/dbh6n3xmr/image/upload/v1587836515/janday/press/pdf/more_to_life_dec_2012_xncpf5.pdf

But when I go to that url in a new tab, i get a 404 error.

Uploaded images work fine. 

Do you know what is happening here?

  Hi.

  This is related to a new security policy we've applied which affects delivery of PDFs and Archives (zip, rar etc).
