Rare CORS Issue and 403?

We have an application that lets user upload images. It almost always works but sometimes it throws this. I have been trying to see other posts on the internet that talks about being a wrong header being sent or things like that, that could produce this issue but none of them solve the problem.

Please help in debugging this.

  Can you please raise a support ticket here: https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the upload code and the URL's which have caused this issue in the past which will help us understand the issue better.
