Is Cloudinary GDPR conform?

Hi!

 

Is Cloudinary GDPR conform? I mean, I read on your blog you are "GDPR" ready. But is there an official statement? Or even a disclaimer I could copy to my website?

  Hi Bernhard,

  Cloudinary is GDPR compliant. For the purposes of the Cloudinary media management platform service, we are a data processor and our customers are data controllers, or data processors as well.

  Cloudinary’s privacy policy including contacts for removal requests and our data retention policy is available at https://cloudinary.com/privacy

  Please find the following DPA-https://cloudinary-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/Cloudinary_Customer_Data_Processing_Addendum_V.2_May_2018.pdf. It covers data governance, processing, and assistance in case of removal requests.

  Hello there,
  is this: https://cloudinary-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/Cloudinary_Customer_Data_Processing_Addendum_V.2_May_2018.pdf still the current version of DPA?

  If not, it would be great to get the updated version.
