The mobile device's camera is accessed through the local (My Files) source option.

    Hope that helps,

Hi Im attempting to use Widget V2 to upload
    <script src="https://widget.cloudinary.com/v2.0/global/all.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
Camera widget does not work - Everything else works
    - Safari 12.1 - does not show camera Icon
    - Chrome Version 75.0.3770.100 - camera icon shows but then has error on click "Failed to access camera"
    Using Mac Mojave Version 10.14.4

Have also attempted to install to iOS mobile but has similar behavior to safari - see no icon

I may try to install iOS Cloudinary SDK to see if that allows access to camera - anybody have any experience

Hi Frank, It is possible that your MacOS is preventing the browsers from accessing the camera.
Can you go to "System Preferences"->"Security & Privacy"->"Privacy"->"Camera" (On the left menu) and see if Chrome and Safari are checked?

Thanks - That's what it was - I only checked the settings on Chrome and not on the MAC

I have the same issue on Android mobile and tab. First it doesn't ask for permission on mobile. Second it is allowed but not working. On chrome on tab, it works when 'desktop site' is enabled but if same done on chrome on mobile then also it doesn't work on mobile. The behavior is disappointing. Any solution?
