Adding Geo Tag to the images

Hi there, Good day! Can you help me with these questions? 

1st question:

is it possible to add Geo co-ordinates data to the images? The latitude and longitude. 

I will be using the same image and wanted to use geodata of different location and use it for the website. 

For example, this is the website I used to use (https://www.geoimgr.com/  )and have to add geo data manually each time. I'm trying a way to automate the process. 

I have the lat-long data now. 

2nd question: 

In the same geo data of lat-long, I have other data to be embedded into the image. Like description, caption etc. There also, I will be using the same image. 

It this also be automated?

  Hi Suresh,

  We currently do not support editing the embedded metadata of an image. It is on our road-map. However, we do not have an ETA for it yet.
  Nevertheless, I will make sure you will be updated once this feature is implemented.

  In the meanwhile, if it helps, you can add the coordinates (and any other information) to your uploaded image using Cloudinary's metadata then retrieve this data and use it when delivering your image.

  Looking to do the same thing for some GMP posts. Auto GeoTag images through the API before sending to Google. I see it's been 3 years since this post. Any updates on this?

  Hey Scott,

  I'm afraid that this feature had to be put aside for an unknown future date because of internal infrastructural reasons. If and when anything changes, we will make sure to share it here.
