401 Error when searching by tag Node JS

I'm getting a 401 error with the following code. All I saw in the documentation is that cloudinary uses Basic authentication. Are there any other settings I need to enable to be able to fetch a list of images by tag?

*The url I'm building works in a browser.

  Hi Shirley, I'm trying to fetch from my computer as localhost. I think I'm just not setup to allow that to come through. Do I need to specify my IP in the security console? Thanks!

  Hi Ryan,

  Fetching images are only allowed for remote images with public access. 

  Unfortunately, it will not work on images from your localhost.

  Hi Shirly, 

  The images aren't on my localhost they are currently uploaded to my cloudinary account. I'm just puling them from my local host.

  Hi Ryan,

  Can you please open a support ticket: support@cloudinary.com with your cloud name that we can look at our logs and the setting?
