fetch error - 401 "This page isn't working"

I'm trying to use fetch and it doens't seem to work. Here is the url I'm trying:

https://res.cloudinary.com/<my-cloud-name>/image/fetch/w_150,h_150,r_20,c_thumb,g_face/https://g-images-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/022519222440CharityB-Feb26-untitled.jpg

This seems to follow what the examples say to do. Any ideas on where I've gone wrong?

Hi Neeraj,

The reason this URL isn't working is due to a security setting on your account. Images of type 'fetch' are currently restricted on your account. You can change this setting by navigating to the Security tab on the Settings page where you will need to uncheck 'Fetched URL' under your restricted image types.
