Hi,

I keep getting 400 error when I try to enter my delivery profile URL in Media Optimizer

Hi,

May I please ask you to provide the delivery URL that doesn't load for you as expected so I could check on it?

Hi Guy,

I've checked the configuration and I see that the Media Source settings with your AWS bucket was missing the {{fwd_key}} under the Advanced section -> URI Template. I added that now and the request made in the background for your bucket is OK. That said, the URL is still not working but due to a different error. Could you please confirm which region your configured S3 bucket is in and what region you selected when setting up your Media Optimizer cloud?
