Unexplained image error on transform

Hey everyone, I'm getting an error on this image:

I have been using the same set of transforms on all other images in my library with no problem, but for some reason this one is causing issues.

fl_relative seems to be the culprit, but I don't want to change my path pattern in all my other images to adjust for this. Would appreciate some help.

    When I try accessing the image from the link attached I see the image correctly

    can you expand on the error you are getting and what do you do to receive it?

    If you could share a video or screenshot that would be best.
