    Hi Michal,

All those images work well for me.

When Cloudinary returns an error for an image URL that failed to load due to a problem with the image or URL, we return an HTTP header containing more information about why the request failed.
We also return this header for requests where an image was returned but there was a warning, such as when the default image placeholder was sent instead of the requested image.

This information is sent in the x-cld-error header, and you can see the value by using your browser's web developer tools to examine the request and response for the image which didn't load correctly.

Do you mind checking the header and share it with me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best,

    Loic

    Hi Michal,

Based on your screenshot, I don't see any x-cld-error reported and the image is properly delivered.

Do you mind clarifying the issue you are having?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best,

    Loic

    Hi Loic,

If you take a look at the original image and compare it with the screenshot I attach, you might notice, that they're significantly different if the output size is big enough.

    Hi Michal,

Thanks for pointing this out. Let me check internally why this might be the reason and we will get back to you once we have more information.

    Regards,
    Erwin Lukas

    Hi Michal,

We have investigated this specific scenario and we have found that SVG rendering and providing inaccurate results. If you prefer, we could show an error instead of the inaccurate result once the SVG rendering is failing.
Please let me know what you prefer.

In the meanwhile, we are trying to investigate why the Browser Renderer is failing.
Once I will have an update, I will let you know.

    Thanks,

    Wissam
