No Upload tab in my settings

    Hi Rick,

    From what you've said, it sound like you've created a Media Optimizer account? https://cloudinary.com/products/media_optimizer

    Media Optimizer doesn't include a Media Library, or the ability to upload files directly to your account.
    Instead, files are cached from a remote media source and then delivered using optimization options that you pre-configure.

    If you want to use our Programmable Media product instead (which does have a Media Library and where you programmatically can upload and process media), you can sign up for another account using a different email address.

    If you don't have another email address and would like to cancel the Media Optimizer account and re-use your existing email address, please contact us directly via the "submit a request" link and we'll help you with that
