How can I upload a video to use the optimized link for my website?

Hi guys,

for some reason I do not know how this works - the title is self-explanatory. 

I do use the free version.

Can anyone assist?

  Thanks for reaching out.

  When not applying any transformation, Cloudinary delivers the asset as is (unoptimized). If you apply any transformation to your assets (e.g. width, height, etc), Cloudinary automatically optimizes them by the industry's best practices, including metadata stripping and more. Furthermore, there are some specific Cloudinary transformations that can further optimize your images, like `f_auto` and `q_auto`.
