Why are my images being uploaded to my Wordpress site besides of Cloudinary?

I have the understanding that by using cloudinary and setting it in "Cloudinary Only" mode then all the images should live in Cloudinary servers, however in all of my sites, when I attach an image from cloudinary to any post it gets uploaded to my wp-content/uploads directory, and therefore that URL is the one that's used in my front end site. What could be the reason for that?

  Hi,

  For the Cloudinary only setting, it will store all assets in Cloudinary only and you will need to manually sync your media back to WordPress when serving it to your website (see this link). In case we need to confirm your plugin configuration setup, can you please help to open a support ticket here (https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)? As we needed additional information when processing your request.
