    Hi,

    The CLOUDINARY_URL is available on the Programmable Media and it is the product that can be integrated with Zapier. You can find more information in these links: Zapier Integration and Getting Started on Zapier.

    I'm following instructions here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-to-get-started-with-cloudinary-on-zapier

    To locate your API Key in your Cloudinary account, please follow these steps:

        Log into your Cloudinary management console.
        Copy to your clipboard the Cloudinary Environment Variable, which can be found under Account Details.

    There is no Account Details section when I visit the management console https://cloudinary.com/console/c-098f61660d2e8522600ea31c26712b/mo/dashboard  so I'm still stuck.

    Any other clues?

    Hi @StreetScenes,

    I see from your screenshot that you have signed up for our Media Optimizer product which is different from Programmable Media which is the one being referenced in the Docs. Programmable Media accounts will have the CLOUDINARY_URL you're looking for.

    It's not possible to change the product for an account after it's been created (e.g. to switch a Programmable Media account to use Media Optimizer features or vice-versa)

    If you'd like to use a different product, you can sign up again for another free account using a different email address.

    If you don't have another email address to use and don't want to keep the current account active, please cancel the account from the settings page and then let us know and we will 'release' the email address so you can sign up again using it but select Programmable Media product on the registration form.
