Custom Web Image Gallery Fed By Cloudinary - Image Size Reduced
I have a custom image gallery that's fed by Cloudinary API. When I view the image in Cloudinary, the file dimensions are 5300 x 6000. When I view the image in my gallery, it's coming in as 3533 x 4000. Also when I download the image, it's only 2MB, whereas the original file size is 9.33MB. Attached are some photos of what I'm seeing. One is the image displayed in my gallery, second is the image in Cloudinary, 3rd is the image downloaded on my Mac with the dimensions showing.
Do you restrict the file size via API or is there a limit? I thought the only limitation was the file size as 20MB, but not the dimensions.

Hi Blaine.
Thanks for getting in touch. My Name's Danny and I work here at Cloudinary on the Customer Success team.
I've tried downloading the image from your screenshot, both using the download feature from the Media Library, as well as just using the un-transformed URL in my browser, and in both instances I get the 5300 × 6000 version, with an approximate filesize of 9.8MB.
Could you let me know how you're performing the download please? As far as I can see in your account setup, there shouldn't be anything preventing you from downloading the full-res asset.
Thanks,

Thanks Danny. The file is in a password protected media gallery on this domain https://members.realcedar.com/app/gallery/. Just curious how you're able to see the image on your end as these are just screenshots and not the actual file downloaded (as this forum has a file size limitation of 2MB)?

Hi Blaine.
As you've logged in here to post the question, I was able to see what cloud your account is associated with and then log into it to see the files. If privacy is a concern, you're welcome to raise a ticket via our Support Center. and we can discuss this in a far less public setting.
Thanks,
-Danny
