    Hi Martin,

We can help and look into this for you. In order for us to be able to do so, we will need more information from you in regards to the problem.

For example, can you please tell us:

    • You mentioned you had to disable Cloudinary, does that mean you're using the Cloudinary WordPress plugin or another integration?
    • Which steps or documentation you're following?
    • The error stack trace from your code, or the error message you see in your browser?
    • For assets that won't load, could you please share a URL to an asset as well as the request/response headers? Or a HAR file containing the request/response headers for a request that doesn't work.
    • Do you have a staging site where you can reproduce the issues and can share with us access to it so we can look into it further?

If you prefer to share with us those details privately you can create a direct ticket with us via:

Note that Cloudinary already uses multiple CDN providers and it could indeed cause issues if you're trying to use Cloudflare at the same time. That said, if you could provide us with the above details, we would be able to look into it further and advise.

    Looking forward to your updates.
