Switching between Live DAM and Test site

I am trying to upload a MP4 which is 482mb, and a max of 100 is allowed

our systems manager tells me we can upload 750MB to the live DAM and I may be using the test site.

How do I know and change this?

  Hi Matthew

  You can switch between multiple sub-accounts by clicking on the account name to the top right of the Media Library screen and select the desired sub-account. I see that your user name has access to all sub-accounts in your Cloudinary account. 

  Looking at your account settings, you should be able to upload the video to both accounts. If you'd like further information about your account's current setting or additional help with the upload, please open a support request directly here with the file you are trying to upload. We'll be happy to further assist.
