  As I can see that you are using Multer (i.e., a third-party library not managed by us), I could recommend you to look into this documentation: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49005446/multer-req-file-is-undefined

  Additionally, you may also refer to some guidelines as described in this document and this link as well. And also, you can refer to the sample project from this link.

  In addition to the usage of Multer together with our NodeJS SDK, the error you have encountered is because you intend to upload your assets with a signature (i.e., it is required for signed REST API calls).
