Search replace text with texts + image

In an image, I want search and replace #bitcoin with #bitcoin (plus bitcoin logo). How do I do this?

  Not replace, maybe add a logo next to it. I dont want to replace the word #bitcoin i just want to add an icon next to it.

  I havent found a solution but I think it may be possible with OCR plugin? Example, I would use OCR to detect if there's a word #bitcoin in the image and then somehow embed an icon next to it. 

  Is that possible?
