Where exactly can i find Restricted media types?

I'm trying to allow the fetching on images on my cloud and the documentation says I have to allow Fetching. However, when I go into my settings it's just not there. The whole section Restricted Media Types is missing.

Where can I find this?

    I think you have created an account under the Media Optimizer product.
    Could you please create a support ticket for us thru: https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?
