    Thank you for contacting us.

    Your account was disabled automatically because it was exceeding the quota of your plan for some time. Multiple notifications were sent to the email address associated with your account, but the account was not upgraded, and the usage was not reduced

    Your account was re-enabled now as your current usage is within the quota of your plan. We kindly ask that in the future, if your usage level will be more than your current plan, you upgrade your account to a plan with a large enough quota for that usage.
