    Thanks for getting in touch. I see you also raised a support ticket with us, which my colleague Loic replied to.

    As your account was disabled in May 2021, the contents of the account were removed by a cleanup operation after several months. Unfortunately, we can't restore those assets as too much time has passed, but we can remove references to the old assets from the Media Library if required to avoid confusion.

    Please let us know if you'd like us to proceed with that.
